Toby Neilson is an AHRC funded PhD Film Studies researcher at The University of Glasgow. His research investigates the ecocritical intricacies of the Anthropocene epoch through the lens of contemporary science fiction cinema. His latest research centres on the intersection between the human/more-than-human world, and seeks to unpack the temporal signature of the Anthropocene through sci-fi's privileged relationship with time.
