Natur/Retur (2017)

Nature/Return - Anthropocene exhibition at Arken

June 3 opens the exhibition "Nature / Return" at the Arken Museum for Modern Art. See more here

The exhibition takes place outside the man-made landscape that constitutes Køge Bay beach park and is based on the anthropocene, a time when nature is both about to disappear but also returns in unexpected ways. The exhibition shows works by Nanna Debois Buhl and Tue Greenfort, but also scotch pine and a beehive are part of the works. The exhibition is supported by the Beckett Foundation and conceptualized in collaboration between Arken, the artists and Nils Bubandt, who is local-researcher-in-charge of AURA and was affiliated with Arken as a guest professor funded by Kunstfonden.
